4. Certificates and Fees
Course content is available free of charge. A certificate of completion is available for a fee of R349 upon successful completion of the course.
- Certificates are issued only after full course completion
- Certificate fees are non-refundable once issued
- Certificates remain the property of the student upon payment
- Edu Web Institute reserves the right to update certificate fees with prior notice
5. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
- Share, reproduce, or distribute course content without permission
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform
- Upload or transmit harmful, offensive, or misleading content
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the website or services
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Edu Web Institute platform — including course materials, videos, text, graphics, logos, and certificates — is the intellectual property of Edu Web Institute and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.
7. Job Placement and Recruitment
Edu Web Institute provides job placement support as part of its services. However, we do not guarantee employment. By participating in our recruitment programme, you agree to:
- Provide accurate CV, qualifications, and personal information
- Allow us to share your profile with verified employer partners
- Engage professionally with all employer introductions
- Notify us if you secure employment through our referral
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Edu Web Institute makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content or service. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Edu Web Institute shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of income, data, or employment opportunities. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant service.
